Will there be a pre-conference Institute?

Yes. A pre-conference Institute will be held in London Hall at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario on October 14, from 1:00 – 5:00pm. The Institute will focus on the potential, design, and management of multi-site studies of occupation. For more information about the pre-conference Institute, please click here.

How much will it cost to attend the pre-conference Institute and what is included in this cost?

The cost of attending the pre-conference Institute is $65 USD per person. This cost includes transportation between the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre and London Hall before and after the Institute, and light food and drinks for those attending the Institute.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one 24-person continuous shuttle will be providing transportation between the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre and London Hall. We therefore ask that you plan ahead and arrive well before the Institute begins. Transportation before the Institute will start at 11:30am, so if you arrive early there will be plenty of time to explore the university campus. Transportation after the Institute will run until 6:30pm.

When will the conference officially start?

The conference will officially start at the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre on October 14 at 7:00pm.
