Conference Donation & Sponsorship

Donor Categories
1. Donation-in-Kind:

• Advertising: Door Prizes (books, journal subscriptions, assessment tools…), Goods or Services (pens for conference bags, services or manpower)
  
• Items Donated for Auction: Donor will be recognized in conference booklet

2. Unrestricted Donation:

• Any amount of funds given, without restriction of purpose. Donor will be recognized in conference booklet.

3. Restricted Donation:

• Any amount of funds given for a specific purpose. Donor will be recognized in conference booklet
  
  

Sponsor Categories
1. Flyer Sponsor - $200- $250

• Unrestricted or restricted cash donation and or donation in-kind equivalent.
• Flyer placed in conference packet (limited to one page)
  

2. General Sponsor - $251- $500

• Unrestricted or restricted cash donation and or donation in-kind equivalent
  
• Recognition in conference booklet
  
• Flyer placed in conference packet
  

3. Major Sponsor - over $500

• Unrestricted or restricted cash donation and or donation in-kind equivalent
  
• Recognition in conference booklet
  
• Flyer or brochure placed in conference packet
  
• Poster recognition with other major sponsors
  

4. Targeted Sponsor

• Underwrites the expenses of a breakfast, reception or other event
  
• Recognition in conference booklet, sponsor name displayed on poster during sponsored event and verbal recognition at the event
  
• Possible Amounts for Targeted Sponsorship
  
  • Break = $500
    
  • Breakfast = $700
    
  • Lunch = $1000
    
  • Reception = $1500
